Microsoft is releasing a new improved controller with textured grips and increased wireless range – and it’s Blood Red.
The controller also features Bluetooth compatibility, allowing it to connect to a PC or Tablet.
Although this isn’t the first Red Xbox One controller, it’s the first Red standardized Xbox One controller, joining the ranks of the usual white, blue, and black. Previously there has been a limited edition Red Gears of War controller and one from the Xbox Design Lab.
The controller goes on sale starting January 10 through GameStop and the Microsoft Store (via Mspoweruser.com). It costs $65.
