It's a small detail, but it was one that any gun enthusiast—or any stickler for detail, for that matter—took issue with in the first Black Ops: the lack of rounds in a magazine.
That's right. Magazines, clips and cartridges in the first Black Ops were rendered without having any ammunition rounds. It was an odd detail to miss, and one that fans of the game spent a lot of time complaining about.
Treyarch has taken note of their previous oversight and has, since then, implemented properly modeled ammunition in the magazines of each and every gun.
It might not seem like a big deal, but it's heartening to know that Treyarch is putting a lot of care into their new game by paying attention to all the small details that hold it together.
While the company has always been far more accurate with its guns and aesthetics than the Modern Warfare titles, it's nice that they're taking lengths to reproduce realistic looking weapons in the game.
