Ubisoft has just e-mailed us to confirm that Ghost Recon: Future Soldier is now in stores. The game is out for both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 and sells for the typical price of $59.99.
In Future Soldier, you take on the charge of a crack team of highly-trained commandos who are armed with state of the art technology and cutting-edge military hardware. Their mission is to take out high value targets with as little collateral damage as possible.
The game offers both a full-fledged single player campaign as well as a multiplayer mode in which you join forces with other players to undertake cooperative missions or go head to head against an opposing team.
The game’s release is accompanied by a short film by Rhea Scott, which contains events set before the game proper. You can watch it above the fold.
Ghost Recon: Future Soldier will be out for Windows PC next month on June 12.
