The Call of Duty franchise has been trying to battle against the more popular and highly anticipated competition, Battlefield 1. As more gamers tend to flock more towards the past with the upcoming First World War setting of the Battlefield title, Infinity Ward is offering another incentive to pre-order the upcoming Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare video game.
It was recently announced through a press release that Infinity Ward will bring back one of the classic multiplayer maps from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. For those who pre-order the upcoming Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare video game, the Terminal map will be unlocked.
This won’t be an exact replicate for the upcoming Call of Duty title as this mock up is set in space. You can take a look at a concept image for the newly revised Terminal map up above. There won’t be any restrictions on where to pre-order the video game as well.
Gamers can pre-order any edition of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare at whatever retail location they wish to in order to obtain the Terminal map. It will be interesting to see just how many more pre-orders Infinity Ward and Activision will receive because of the new incentive.
