NCIS took the opportunity to riff on Skyrim in its most recent episode, making direct reference to the game as one of the characters speaks disdainfully to McGee about role-playing games and accuses one of the show’s two geekiest characters of “being into that.” The other geeky character being Abby, of course—and Anthony DiNozzo is a movie geek, but I digress.
McGee replies simply that he used to be into that until he took an arrow in the knee. Class. Pure class.
The show has previously had fun with videogames by riffing on World of Warcraft and DIY PC gaming.
And this is why you need to watch NCIS if you don’t already.
