New leaks have revealed that Rockstar has been planning to expand Liberty City – and it may make it to GTA 6.
As explained by TJGM, hackers have started sharing the contents of a 192 GB GTA leak. TGJM claims this is not a new leak, but we’re not sure which one it is. It may be related to the Xbox Graphics Capture file leak that came out the same time as Cyberleek.
The big revelation from this leak is Rockstar’s abandoned plans to add Liberty City to GTA V, and expand it. They found a file that maps where audio clips should play, and used GTA V’s map editor to discover this file mapped out Liberty City.
There’s nothing in the file that says that Liberty City will be added to GTA 6. But because of how much work was put into it, even increasing its total area by more than twice, TJGM believes Take-Two decided to cancel it for GTA V to add it to GTA 6.
