Take-Two has managed to get two more GTA 6 subpoenas approved… but will this really stop the leeks?

Take-Two’s Twitter (X Corp) subpoena for @cyberleek_ar_io was approved by a New York District Court. Take-Two has also executed the subpoena in the Microsoft case to gain access to a OneDrive account.
He also credits our old friend Detective Seeds for keeping track of these subpoenas.
But it isn’t clear if this will really help them in stopping the leaks, particularly with GTA 6. Twitter user @cyberleek_ar_io convinced the Rockstar community that this is the same Cyberleek who had been leaking the game on their decentralized domain.
However, Cyberleek came forward to deny that they had any Twitter accounts.
Subsequently, Microsoft’s subpoena was for a completely different leak, of an Xbox Graphics Capture file. At least in this case, Take-Two would be justified in tracking the leakers even if they don’t have leads to Cyberleek.
The pending Discord subpoena could be a lead to Cyberleek’s identity. However, it could also be a serious privacy issue.
The legal trails following these leaks could become huge sagas all on their own.
