Le Sserafim has made it clear their next Overwatch collaboration is the real deal.
They just dropped the teaser for their next single, Made My Night. This will be their second single album, dropping on September 11 12 AM ET. The music video will come a little earlier, on September 10 11 AM ET.
As you can see from the teaser below, this music video actually integrates Overwatch itself into the concept. Some cuts show CG cutscenes that are clearly from the game.
You may also notice the only line in the teaser is fully in English. And this teaser ends with Overwatch‘s and Le Sserafim’s logos combining into one. With the unusual way they are releasing this single, it’s looking like this is the first album collaboration between a Western video game company and k-pop.
We can’t know for sure, of course, but we wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a full English version of the song to be used by Overwatch itself, in the game and in promotions and events. We may learn everything at Blizzcon this weekend.
