George Hotz, the infamous hacker that felt above the law when he hacked both the iPhone and the PS3 (and was subsequently sued by Sony, indirectly leading to the PSN outage last year), has been arrested. He hasn't been sneaking into systems in which he doesn't belong, but arrested for the possession of marijuana and of chocolates containing the drug.
He was attending SXSW Conference in Texas when he was caught by border control police. He had a licence for possession for medical reasons in California and so didn't think not to take the drugs with him into Texas, where no such licence exists. He was pulled over at a border check and sent to the sheriff from there.
Hotz had to pay a $1500 bail and was booked as a felon. He was booked in Sierra Blanca, the same checkpoint at which Willie Nelson, Armie Hammer and Snoop Dog have been booked under similar circumstances.
