Bethesda’s Tim Lamb Teases What’s To Come For Starfield

August 28, 2025 by Dennis Patrick

Get ready, because we’re not done yet.

Bethesda has been a legendary name for so many players worldwide. Over the years, we’ve seen the team deliver some hits with the The Elder Scrolls and Fallout franchises. However, their latest release was a brand-new IP. Starfield was the game they had been slowly working on over the years, and now that it’s here, you might want to keep it installed.

Video games can take up quite a bit of room, but if you found Starfield enjoyable, just know more content is coming your way. The game received another small tease via the official Bethesda Softworks YouTube channel. In a recent video upload, one of the developers alerted followers to what the team is currently working on.

Starfield Has More Content Coming Soon

Bethesda recently posted a new video online that focused on developer Tim Lamb. Overall, the video is a highlight of Tim’s career at Bethesda, showcasing how he rose through the ranks as various video games were released. You can view the video embedded above, which provides a look at the extensive career Tim has had at Bethesda.

However, at the very end of the video, Tim offered a slight tease of what’s to come. The current milestone achievement for Tim is the Starfield video game. Currently, the development team has been working on free updates and features that players have been asking for.

Likewise, there’s a new DLC story coming out. Unfortunately, the details are incredibly brief, but a small breakdown of what some of the teams are working on includes making space travel more rewarding, along with adding some new game systems.

However, beyond that, Tim Lamb noted that some interesting content is forthcoming from the verified creators. So, it looks like we will have to sit tight a bit longer before Bethesda is ready to pull back the veil and showcase some of those big, exciting updates and DLC storyline. Of course, one aspect that some fans might hope to hear about soon is the game’s release on the PlayStation 5. As it stands right now, you can only enjoy Starfield on PC and Xbox Series X/S platforms.
