Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare was officially unveiled just last month and the response has been for the most part mixed. There has been some fan hate towards the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare trailer and more recently, a few eSports players were given a chance to play the game early. Looking at some of eSports player tweets, they are way too similar to be their own unbiased opinion, but anything’s possible, check out the tweets down below.
Thanks to PlayStation Lifestyle, these suspicious tweets came to light. There were a number of different eSports players who attended an event at Infinity Ward’s studio last week. Each was given a chance to play the multiplayer mode for the upcoming Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare video game and the tweets that went out to their followers seemed a bit too similar.
If you take a look at the time stamps, it’s almost as if they were coordinated to send out a tweet within a specific timeframe. Likewise, each kept referring to how the game “felt”. Though if we go one step further, there are some attendees that wrote the exact same thing such as “I got to play Infinite Warfare MP last week, wish I could say more but I can say I loved the way it felt @InfinityWard thanks for the inv”.
We’re not exaggerating either take a look at the tweets down below. While anything is possible, one could speculate that these eSports players were paid to send out a specific tweet within a given timeframe or a company had access to their profiles.
