Activision and Bungie have released a trailer for the new Update 2.2.0 set for release tomorrow. The giant spring update is set to reinvigorate the game and its The Taken King expansion pack with a ton of new content including challenges, missions, a raised level cap, and a lot of new gear.
We detailed everything you need to know about the new patch in a post last week. Among the many things being added are new Sterling Treasures, which is a consumable that provides armor parts and Chroma for customizing your gear.
The Infusion system has also been changed to offer 1-1 levels so you won’t have to worry about consuming multiple items to level up a piece of armor or a gun. This means that a 320 gun used to infuse a 310 gun will result in a 320 gun, not something in-between.
