Battleborn, Gearbox’s upcoming co-op/competitive online game that combines MOBA style gameplay with first person action is set to launch its open beta this weekend for the PlayStation 4. The game’s beta client can be pre-loaded right away. The studio has released a gameplay trailer to explain the basics of the game, which you can see below.
The company has also provided download links for the game on the PS4, Xbox One and PC.

The PS4 open beta will run from April 8, while players on the PC and Xbox One will have to wait until April 13 to play it. The beta will end on April 18, so if you have multiple platforms, it’s best to get it on the PS4 to try it out early and get more playtime.
In addition to early beta access, the PS4 players will also receive the first Battleborn expansion and instant access to Alani, a playable character, at launch when it comes out on April 3, 2016.
