Frictional Games is known for delivering horror titles into the marketplace. Their Amnesia series has become a staple franchise for horror enthusiasts. So when it was unveiled that they had another game in the works, plenty of fans eagerly awaited its release. While we still have a little ways to go before the game is available, we do have some new information. Those of you who are planning to pick up Amnesia: The Bunker on the PC platform will have to ensure that your PC can properly run the game. Fortunately, we now have information on the system requirements from the development studio.

This information comes directly from the official Steam page for Amnesia: The Bunker. Likewise, we have both the minimum system requirements along with the recommended system requirements. Both will be listed below so you can get an idea if your PC is able to run the game or not. Of course, if you need to make some upgrades, then you have a few months to get it done before this title drops into the marketplace. But without further ado, here are the official PC system requirements.

  • Processor: Core i3 / AMD FX 2.4Ghz
  • Memory: 4 GB RAM
  • Graphics: OpenGL 4.0, Nvidia GTX 460 / AMD Radeon HD 5750 / Intel HD 630
  • Storage: 35 GB available space

Amnesia: The Bunker Recommended PC System Requirements

  • OS: Windows 7 / 8 / 10, 64-bits
  • Processor: Core i5 / Ryzen 5
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: OpenGL 4.3, Nvidia GTX 680 / AMD Radeon RX 580 / Intel Xe-HPG
  • Storage: 35 GB available space

If you haven’t been keeping tabs on this game, Amnesia: The Bunker is set during WW1. Players are taking the role of a French soldier named Henri Clement. Armed with only a noisy dynamo flashlight and a revolver gun, Henri stumbles upon a desolate bunker. Seeking answers to where the soldiers have gone, Henri must venture into the bunker, where he uncovers something more sinister is lurking within. 

As mentioned, you have some time to make necessary upgrades to your PC, as Amnesia: The Bunker will be launching on May 15, 2023. But if you plan on playing this game on a console, then you can find the game available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S platforms.
