Check out the new footage right here.

The next thrilling installment to the WWE 2K franchise is inbound. Players can get ready for WWE 2K23, and with it comes a roster of newcomers and legendary wrestlers. Of course, wrestling games could use various matches to partake in. With this upcoming installment, players will get the inclusion of WarGames. The Survivor Series addition will make for some intense wrestling matches and might even help sway some players into picking up this new installment. Fortunately, the latest footage showcased offered a brief look into some WarGames action.

We’re getting ready for the next release of the WWE 2K series with WWE 2K23. The new game will be bringing out the Survivor Series WarGames match, which we can explain a bit more in detail. If you haven’t heard of WarGames before, this is a match where two teams featuring a total of four wrestlers enter a match. Typically it’s split where you have a team of females and a team of males in their own WarGames match. These wrestlers will then duke it out across two rings that are side by side. Wrestlers are slowly added into the match after a duration of three minutes.

From there, the way a team wins is by either pinfall, submission, or surrender. This match will be present in WWE 2K23, and as mentioned, the latest trailer offers a brief look into the match gameplay. Of course, you can expect other game modes featured within the title as well. Likewise, we know that there are plenty of athletes being featured here, both classic legendary wrestlers along with newcomers like Logan Paul, who more recently made his WWE debut.

While on the subject of wrestlers, the main athlete for this game will be John Cena. This title will offer a showcase of the wrestler and his long career within the WWE. Players will get to relive John Cena’s various matches and his own personal history-making moments from his career. If you’re interested in taking on WWE 2K23, then you don’t have too long of a wait. WWE 2K23 will be launching into the marketplace on March 17, 2023. When the game does release into the marketplace, you can find it available for the PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One platforms.
