Microsoft and Finnish developer Remedy Entertainment have released a new cinematic trailer for their upcoming time-bending shooter Quantum Break. The trailer delves into some of the game’s story elements and it’s all set to a rather excellent cover of Nirvana’s “Come As You Are,” performed by the electronic rock group Prep School.

All players who buy the game on Xbox One will also receive a free copy of the Xbox 360 game Alan Wake, including its add-ons The Signal and The Writer. The game will be playable via the backward compatibility program. Those who pre-order will also receive a copy of Alan Wake’s American Nightmare and a digital copy of Quantum Break on PC. The PC version is included with digital pre-orders, via a download code obtained at retailers, and through the console bundle.

A 500 GB “cirrus white” Xbox One bundle featuring the game and the Alan Wake titles will also be released by Microsoft.

Quantum Break’s story is split across the game and a streamed TV show starring X-Men’s Shawn Ashmore, Game of Thrones’ Aiden Gillen, Fringe’s Lance Riddick, and Dominic Monaghan from The Lord of the Rings. While the game focuses on the hero, the show provides more information about the villain and choices made in one affect the outcome of the other. The show will be available to stream at 1080p on Xbox One and 4K on PC and episodes are not stored on the disc in order to save space. You can find out more about the show here.

Quantum Break is set for release on April 5th for PC and Xbox One and recently went gold.
