The Division Season Pass Now Available On PC With A Discount

March 10, 2016 by Ian Miles Cheong

Xbox One may get time exclusive but the deals are still on PC

With Tom Clancy’s The Division now released, the Season Pass has gone up for sale at multiple retailers from digital to brick-and-mortar stores. Though there’s still some time before the content will become available, discounts are cropping up in the PC gaming retail market.

While most authorized retailers will be carrying the Season Pass for sale, the best place to pick up a copy of The Division Season Pass would be at GMG, wherein they launched a 20% off coupon code which cuts the price from the standard $40 to only $32. The eight dollar savings is currently the best deal we think thus far for PC (Uplay key of the game).

The Division Season Pass Deal

  • Tom Clancy’s The Division Season Pass (Uplay) — $32 (list $40)
  • Use Code: DEALZON20

Note: GMG’s coupon code will run through Monday, March 14th at 9AM Pacific. It may have a limited run but also works on the Standard Edition and Gold Edition of The Division.

Standard and Gold Edition Discounts:

  • Tom Clancy’s The Division Gold Edition (Uplay) — $80 (list $100)
  • Tom Clancy’s The Division (Uplay) — $48 (list $60)
  • Use Code: DEALZON20

Note that Xbox One gamers will get a 30 days timed exclusive head start on the expansions within the DLC, as announced earlier this week. While timed exclusives are all in all pretty lame, this technically won’t impact the competitive nature within the game given the game is not cross platform so gamers won’t interact in the same universe.

Grabbing the Season Pass will also give you an early unlock to the National Guard Gear Set, which is one of many outfits you can pick up in the game to further customize your characters. While its quick to dismiss vanity outfits such as these as viable microtransaction, they’re far better than play-to-win. In fact, as of writing two outfit packs are currently the top sellers at many digital retailers (Games Planet is one such example). From that stand point, it seems like The Division outfit contents, at the very least, are a hit with gamers.
