UNDECEMBER Gets October 12 Launch Date And New Cinematic

September 30, 2022 by Alexandra Nicholson

Pre-registrations are now open.

It’s been announced that the upcoming free-to-play hack-and-slash action RPG UNDECEMBER will be going live on October 12. The game, which has been developed by Needs Games and published by LINE Games, is heading to PC and mobile in the coming weeks.

The upcoming October launch will be the first time the game will have a global live service put in place. This comes after the game’s release in South Korea back in January of this year. So far, its limited regional release has seen a solid amount of success, gathering over 3 million pre-registrations shortly after launch, as well as ranking in the Top 10 game downloads charts on both Google Play and the App Store. UNDECEMBER has also treated its new potential audience to a brand new cinematic, which aims to give players a feel for the hack-and-slash combat mechanics and overall action RPG elements that feature in the game. You can check it out for yourself right here.

The game has a unique take on the hack-and-slash mechanics of battle. In UNDECEMBER, players will be able to develop their character’s own unique skillset thanks to its classless combat system. Players can experiment with thousands of different ability and skill combinations to build their hero exactly how they want to. By hunting down and farming Skill and Link Runes, they’ll be able to try out a number of different techniques to develop their very own combat routine. UNDECEMBER also has plenty to offer those who enjoy co-op gameplay, with a variety of Chaos Dungeons, Raids and Battlegrounds to take part in, amongst other co-op challenges and activities.

The upcoming worldwide launch of UNDECEMBER on PC will be rolled out across a number of platforms. The game will be available on Steam, LINE Games’ own downloadable PC launcher Floor, Google Play and the App Store, with a range of language options available for users to enjoy the ARPG action in different locations.

Those who fancy getting in on the action a bit earlier can take part in an upcoming demo, which will be made available on Steam as part of Steam Next Fest. This gets underway on October 3 and will run until October 10. Perfect if you want to try out the game ahead of its launch on other PC and mobile platforms. Alternatively, interested players can pre-register now on Steam and Google Play to unlock some exclusive in-game rewards ahead of launch. These include 30 Movement Speed Elixirs, Skill Rune Magic Upgrade Essence, 100,000 Gold, 10 Rare Upgrade Essence, 15 Resurrection Scrolls, and a pre-registration exclusive Medallion coupon.

UNDECEMBER releases on October 12 and will be available on PC via Steam, Google Play, and LINE Games’ PC launcher Floor. It’ll also be available to play on mobile devices via Google Play and the App Store.
