Ninja Theory, the developers behind Heavenly Sword, Enslaved: Odyssey to the West, and DmC: Devil May Cry, have announced their upcoming title Hellblade will launch on PlayStation 4 and PC at the same time.
The UK-based studio made the announcement, which you can see below, via Twitter (via GameSpot and GameZone).

The developer confirmed last January that the game would also launch on PC, but was not specific as to when. The studio also said the game would possibly support Ultra HD 4K resolution. In an interview, the studio's Tameem Antoniades commented:
"I think PC offers us a level of freedom that we haven't had before. We want to get to the point where we can invite players and fans to add to the game, and do things that are unexpected, and suggest ideas or add-ons that can make the game richer."
Hellblade, described by Ninja Theory as an “independent AAA game,” was announced at Gamescom in 2014. The game’s story is based on Celtic myth, and centers around protagonist Senua. In a recent developer diary, Ninja Theory shed light on the groundbreaking technology they used to create Senua.
The game’s themes focus on Senua’s struggles with mental illness. The depiction of hell in the game is the manifestation of her mental illness.
Hellblade is due out later in 2016 for PlayStation 4 and PC.
