Chivalry 2 Has Sold over 300,000 Copies on Steam

June 22, 2022 by Brandon Lyttle

And in less than 10 days!

The 2021 title Chivalry 2 enjoyed a brief period of exclusivity on the Epic Games Store. Earlier this month, the game finally released on Steam and has sold over 300,000 copies in roughly 10 days.

While the game has been out on Xbox, PlayStation, and the Epic Games Store for over a year, it seems the game’s Steam launch has renewed interest in Chivalry 2.

The Steam release of the game was timed with its release of the Tenosian Invasion DLC, adding new content to the year old game just as it brings in new players. The DLC includes new maps, a new faction, and new weapons.

Chivalry 2 has sold over 300,000 units on Steam in 10 days, since its launch on June 12!

With 5500+ "Very Positive" reviews, now is the best time to join the ultimate medieval battlefield, available for 40% off until July 7.

Chivalry 2 is a multiplayer first person slasher inspired by epic medieval movie battles. Players are thrust into the action of every iconic moment of the era – from clashing swords, to storms of flaming arrows, to sprawling castle sieges and more.

Dominate massive, 64-player battlefields. Catapults tear the earth apart as you lay siege to castles, set fire to villages and slaughter filthy peasants in the return of Team Objective maps.

A fully featured mounted combat system makes you feel like you are fighting atop a thousand pound beast of war, including the ability to trample your foes, land devastating front or rear horse kicks, unhorse your opponent with a lance and engage in deep melee combat with grounded or mounted opponents.

Rise to glory and expand your arsenal with a new subclass system that provides more variety than ever before. Four base classes expand to 10+ subclasses and over 30 unique weapons, each with multiple visual variants. New support items ranging from oil pots to barricades, supply crates and archer’s stakes add even more tactical options to the battlefield.

Steam

Chivalry 2 is a PvP medieval combat game with a variety of map types and game modes. Matches range from 64 vs. 64 member objective sieges, to more intimate Team Death Match (TDM) games where the goal is simply to kill one another.

Chivalry 2 is available now on PC (both Epic Games Store and Steam), Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. The Tenosian Invasion DLC is also available now.
