Beyond the addition of the Sleeper Simulant quest in Destiny: The Taken King, Bungie has been quietly adding other assorted exotics into the game. Notably, the studio just added Twilight Garrison, an Exotic chest armor for the Titan.
Twilight Garrison allows you to perform evasive strafing while in mid-air, making it extremely useful in the Crucible. When discovered, the armor offers 310 Defense from the get-go, so you don't have to spend your time upgrading it.

How do you get Twilight Garrison
Like most other Exotic gear in Destiny, you'll have to get this one from an Exotic Engram. There's no associated quest that we know of, so your best chance of getting one is by buying a full stack of Three of Coins consumables from Xur this weekend and spending whole days doing Vanguard Strikes.
