It turns out NBA 2K16 made a glaring omission when bringing back some of their classic teams, and fans definitely took notice.
For 2006-2007 season Cleveland Cavaliers, the team is http://cavsnation.com/nba-2k16-misses-key-part-of-classic-cavs-team/missing one of their best players, Aleksander Sasha Pavlovic. Sasha now plays for Athenian basketball team Panathinaikos B.C. However, he spent a decade with the NBA, moving around teams from the Boston Celtics, Portland Trail Blazers, and Utah Jazz.
His tenure with the Cavaliers was one of his best. He played all 20 playoff games, with an average of 30.8 minutes, 9.2 points, 2.6 rebounds, 1.6 assists, and 1.0 steals per game.
His three point shooting was also stellar in this season, jumping up to 40.5% from downtown during the regular season and 34.5% during the postseason.
Fans believe this will be fixed in an upcoming patch, but it is entirely possible that Sasha’s current run with a non NBA league, back at home in Europe, will make this impossible. If you are a fan, it’s an unfortunate but perhaps unavoidable issue.
