From Software has revealed that Bloodborne expansion The Old Hunters is the size of two DLCs, and they have no plans of making more.
From originally did plan to release two DLCs. Their final decision to make it one $ 19.99 package allowed them to expand on the potential of the material. This did mean the Bloodborne team had to work on the expansion as soon as they finished the base game.
Now, here’s the curious thing about The Old Hunters. This expansion wasn’t just conveniently tacked on at or close to the ending. Instead, you can access it mid-game, partcicularly within the first half of the game. It will also be as hard as the second half of the base game, meaning it will be a sizable challenge.
The Old Hunters will have three new areas, although some of them will also incorporate some previous locations. From says it is worth eight hours of playtime, and there will also be 10 new weapons.
The Old Hunters will be released on November 24, and From will release a new bundle with the DLC incorporated in on December 3. This December release will also be available on disc.
