As we reported yesterday, there's a game-breaking bug in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain that involves Quiet. If you bring her along for mission 29 or mission 42, the game will mess up and break your save. You can read further details about it here.
Fortunately, Konami is aware of the problem and is working on a fix. They've revealed that you can use the Butterfly Emblem or avoid raising your Bond to Quiet to the maximum level during these missions.
It's odd conditions for a game-breaking glitch, but at least it'll be fixed soon.
The game is currently out for the PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
