Bungie has announced plans to reveal new Destiny Exotics for The Taken King later today. The game's in-game vendor, Xûr, teased the weapons on Instagram yesterday.
"My will is not my own, Guardian. The Nine have commanded me to reveal Exotic treasures you may discover in your future. I will speak with you tomorrow," Xûr wrote.
For those not in the know, Exotics are the equivalent of legendary weapons in Destiny. They have a yellow border, come with unique looks, and they're a lot more powerful than the regular guns you might find or buy in the game. Bungie has previously announced that it would add new Exotics with The Taken King to replace existing ones in the game.
Tomorrow, on August 26, Bungie plans to hold the second of its three The Taken King livestreams at 11AM PDT with all new details about the game. Presumably, they'll be talking about the weapons they intend to showcase today.
The expansion is out on September 15 across all platforms that Destiny is on. You'll need a copy of Destiny to play it.
