Disney Interactive has released a new trailer for Disney Infinity 3.0's Star Wars: Twilight of the Republic play set, which you can see above.
The play set focuses on Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano as they unearth “secret plots, defeat villains, and bring peace back to the galaxy." Set during the Episodes 1-3 timeline, players can visit notable locations from those movies while making full use of the Force and lightsabers.
Players will have three options for the Star Wars playset:
- Twilight of the Republic – set in the Episodes 1-3 timeline featuring Anakin Skywalker, Ahsoka Tano, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Yoda, and Darth Maul.
- Rise Against the Empire – set during the original trilogy featuring Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia Organa, Han Solo, Chewbacca, and Darth Vader.
- Star Wars: The Force Awakens – details of which are yet to be confirmed. It will be released this winter alongside the movie. Finn and Ray were recently confirmed as characters.
Disney Infinity is coming to Android, iOS, PC, PlayStation 3, PS4, Wii U, Xbox 360, and Xbox One on August 30th.
