Electronic Arts is promoting the upcoming Mirror's Edge Catalyst from DICE with the commissioning of a live-action parkour stunt run directed and choreographed by claudiu Voicu.
The work of four runners, the video released today showcases a time trial set in Croydon Plaza. You won't believe your eyes at how real this looks… because it's real. Filmed almost entirely with a head-mounted Go Pro, the video follows Faith as she makes her way across rooftops and the inside of a warehouse while dodging and occasionally shooting armed goons.
The video is interspersed by a bit of CGI and has its colors remixed to resemble the aesthetics of Mirror's Edge Catalyst.
Details about the game are set to be revealed at the upcoming E3 2015, which takes place from June 16 to 18.
