Grand Theft Auto V PS5 & Xbox Series X/S Ports Might Be Delayed

Rockstar Games is a massive video game development studio. Fans are eager to get the studio’s next big video game announcement. Most anticipate it to be the next mainline installment to the Grand Theft Auto franchise. However, that has yet to happen yet. Furthermore, we already know that the next game coming out is another port for Grand Theft Auto V. But, new rumors circulating online right now suggest that we might see a delay announcement.

We are waiting on Grand Theft Auto V: Expanded & Enhanced. We’re still waiting to see more information to come out suggesting what this game might bring to the table. Unfortunately, that next update to come out regarding the game might not be necessary the information you were hoping to see. The delay rumors suggest that this delay might push the game back a month or two. That’s not a significant delay, but it does have some fans waiting a bit longer, especially if they have been waiting on the port since the consoles launched.

Fans might not be surprised to see the game has a new port coming. The installment was a huge hit, but it first came out in 2013. That brought the game out onto the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 platforms. However, we eventually saw ports come out onto the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One platforms. Now the focus might be getting the games out onto the latest generation consoles. However, the March launch window might be changed, which may mean the next installment is pushed back even further.

There is never any shortage of rumors regarding the Grand Theft Auto franchise or Rockstar Games in general. We’ve seen rumors regarding the next Grand Theft Auto game, sequels to Bully, to even what might be coming for Red Dead Redemption. Really, all we can do is just wait for the actual announcement to come out to see just what the studio had been working on.
