Tropico 5 has seen a number of DLC packs since its release last year, and yet another one has been put out today in the form of a full fledged expansion pack. The previous full-fledged expansion focused on aquatic endeavors. This one focuses on the elements of espionage, which are a must-have for any spy thriller-loving fan of the setting (The Tailor of Panama, anyone?).
The expansion, titled Espionage, adds a new campaign called the Maltese Toucan, in which El Presidente must protect the island's precious treasures from foreign spies intent on plundering the island.
To aid El Presidente in his vigilant efforts against the imperialists, players can construct some new military and spy-related facilities. Additionally, there are new island layouts, sandbox tasks, and new musical tracks for players to listen to while they're running their island.
The expansion is rather huge and costs $20. Check out the gameplay trailer above.
