The announcement trailer for LEGO Dimensions has been revealed, and features Batman, Gandalf, and Wildstyle from The LEGO Movie, as well as an actual human for some reason.
In it, we see the starter pack and dimension portal for the game, which comes to almost 300 pieces and can be built like any other LEGO set.
The LEGO pieces come with their own NFC bases and the game features levels including the Wizard of Oz and Back to the Future.
LEGO Dimensions will be coming to PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Wii U, Xbox 360, and Xbox One later this year on September 27th. How it'll stack up against the likes of Skylanders and Disney Infinite remains to be seen but there's definitely potential here.
