Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain is set for release on September 1st, 2015 worldwide, according to a leaked video from IGN.
MGS publisher Konami and IGN have partnered for a major announcement about the game tomorrow, but it seems IGN inadvertently pressed the go button too soon.
The video was spotted by NeoGAF's Nibel. You can watch the announcement video here, at least until it's pulled.
Earlier today, two retailers pinned the launch date to June 23rd, but they are clearly both wrong. In December, Konami detailed the game's multiplayer aspect, Metal Gear Solid Online.
The Phantom Pain is the follow up to 2014's Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes, and is said to be a substantially larger title.
