Square Enix has shared some new screenshots for Final Fantasy Type-0 HD, rounding up the game’s cast and showing off some of the game’s Eidolons.
The screenshots show Eight, King, and Sice of Class 0, Cid Aulstyne, the main antagonist of this game, and Qator Bashtar. For the Eidolons, we get to see the Ifrit, Shiva, and Bahamut in action.
Cid is the man behind the main conflict of Final Fantasty Type 0. Head of the Byakko Peristylium and the Milites Empire, he conspired to overthrow Peristylium's Emperor, spearheaded the development of new arms, and now seeks to take control of the Crystals from the other nations.
Qator Bashtar is a proud and renowned Brigadier General in the Milites Empire. Known by the names White Thunder and Pale Reaper, he is always in the frontlines of battle, with his aerial Magitek Armor, Gabriel, in tow.
Eight is our chestnut haired Class Zero student, who gets the individual spikes in his hair rendered in detail in HD. He likes to fight with his fists and is cool under pressure, excepts for the times when he’s a sore loser.
King is Class Zero’s aloof blond, who prefers to act then talk. True to form, he always come armed with his two handguns, but his friends know that he is actually, secretly, kind.
Whereas Eight and King may seem chill, Sice can seem uncouth. The white haired scythe carrying tomboy isn’t afraid to mince words with the other members of Class Zero, but she also has a strong sense of right and wrong.
