Kena: Bridge of Spirits is a title that can quickly gain attention. Visually, this game looks like an animated film. In this title, players take the role of a young protagonist named Kena. Here you’ll be a spirit guide. If you’ve been following this game for very long, you know that the video game officially drops tomorrow. After that, players will be able to get their hands on this game, but you can check out the release trailer in the meantime. Developers Ember Lab has uploaded the trailer today ahead of the game launch tomorrow.
Again, if you’ve been following this game, then the launch trailer likely won’t bring anything out that you’re not already aware of. Instead, this is a recap of what the game’s premise is about, along with showing some gameplay off. If you haven’t been following this game, then our protagonist Kena is tasked with helping trapped spirits move on from the physical realm. However, you’ll find that this journey is not an easy one. Some spirits don’t seem all that fond of moving on. In addition, there are monsters to battle against, which will put Kena’s magical abilities and willpower to the test.
Players will find that this is a third-person action game. Kena will be using not only her magical abilities but her staff and even a bow to fight against enemies. As you free spirits, the forest and surrounding area will become more lush and lively. This also looks to be the first big video game release for Ember Lab. Previously, Ember Lab worked with other companies developing applications and commercial advertisements.
We’re eager to see how the game handles and the reception for Kena: Bridge of Spirits. But, again, this game doesn’t release until tomorrow, September 21, 2021, for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC platforms. In the meantime, you can check out the release trailer for the game in the video embedded above.
