The Talos Principle Traps Pirates in an Elevator

Pirates of Croteam's The Talos Principle are reporting being trapped in elevators on the game's Steam forum – which it turns out is the development team's deliberate anti-piracy measure.

Devolver Digital, the game's publisher, tweeted part of the Steam discussion and praised Croteam's efforts.

Serious Sam 3: BFE, another Croteam game, featured an immortal red scorpion which could kill players repeatedly. Recently, it emerged that certain features in Far Cry 4 were absent for pirates.
