Far Cry 4 is so close, everyone. We're literally just a week away from one of the gaming industry's biggest releases. In fact, you could say that Far Cry 4 is probably one of the most important games of this generation so far, considering the lack of real triple-A development. If there was ever a way to start off the holiday season, Far Cry 4 would be it.
Considering the franchise's humble origins with Far Cry and Far Cry 2, it's really pretty amazing that the series could carve out a new fan base for itself when the third entry came out in 2012. With the massive teams at Ubisoft and two years of development now accrued under the Far Cry 4 banner, we believe that this iteration could be the most pivotal yet.
Up until now, we've been keeping you up to date with the various videos detailing the beautiful regions of Kyrat. While these have been great little teasers, one thing we haven't had access to is the actual Far Cry 4 in game map, which would stitch all of these together.
Well, now that's changed. The map for Far Cry 4 has been leaked is available for viewing right here.
Check it out below:
This map shows everything that we've seen in the prior videos, as well as some new areas. One location that we would like to know more about is the 'King's Bridge,' which you can find in the middle of the map. We bet that there will be a mission or two that forces you to cross over this bridge, which appears to connect the two major regions in Kyrat.
