Mass Effect 4 Lead Writer Is Halo 4 Writer Chris Schlerf, New Images Revealed

November 8, 2014 by Ryan Parreno

The images were revealed to commemorate N7 and show off grandiose landscapes in an alien, but familiar land.

Bioware shared new preview screens for Mass Effect 4, as well as the game’s new dev team leaders. Leading the pack is former Halo 4 writer Chris Schlerf.

Schlerf has actually been with Bioware since November 2013, and he has managed to keep his role in the company a secret even on LinkedIn. He does cite his experience in writing transmedia works, such as helping with the writing on the Halo comics and shows, and work as a screenplay writer, and even a brief run as game producer.

Joining Schlerf from Bioware’s Montreal studio are directors Yanick Roy and Chris Wynn, producers Fabrice Condominas and Mike Gamble, and others.

The art was revealed in commemoration of N7, and as you can plainly see Bioware has made a lot of grandiose, alien but familiar, landscapes. You can check it all out in the gallery below.
