As many of us suspect, Fallout 4 is in development—it’s not something Bethesda has ever bothered to deny. In fact, Kotaku reported awhile back that a leaked script for voice actors (intending to voice the game’s male or female protagonists) had surfaced.
The game has long since been rumored to take place in Boston, and many a hoax built upon this ‘understanding’ to dupe fans of the game.
Today, it’s been discovered that a video game title by the name of Fallout: Shadow of Boston has been submitted to the German patent office. You can see the registration details below.
It’s still in question as to whether any of it is real, but we can only hope. We’ve reached out to Bethesda for comment on the validity of the registration.
