NBA 2K15 Career Positions Guide

This is a guide for career positions on NBA 2K15.

You have the freedom to determine your play style from the onset. Using virtual currency, you can upgrade your skills’ ‘baskets’ and choose what skills to level up first.

After that, you need to choose your team, and they are defined in such a way that you can find a team that best compliments your character. In general, you will be using a lot of rebound putbacks to level up your stats and points.

To guard post moves, use the left analog stick to move towards the player posting up. You will want to be mindful of post spins and upfakes. Some players, like Tim Duncan, seem unguardable, but you can do it with practice and timing. You can always front them to cut them off.

Thankfully, one game element is easier compared to last year’s game, and that is rebounding. Wait for the ball to hit the rim before you jump to rebound. Box out in case you face defense. When on the offensive, wait for a lane to open up just before your teammate shoots, and then cut to in front of your defender.
