NBA 2K15’s MyTeam Mode Asks ‘What If’?

September 15, 2014 by Stephen Daly

It’s a lot like FIFA’s Ultimate Team mode.

NBA 2K15 will allow players to use their MyTeam squads in hypothetical scenarios from across basketball history, a recent trailer for the game has revealed.

The trailer, released late last week by 2K Sports, shows us some "What If" scenarios with narration from retired NBA star and current Inside the NBA analyst Shaquille O'Neal.

NBA 2K's MyTeam mode is similar to FIFA's Ultimate Team and allows players to create teams with talent from across the contemporary and historical NBA teams using virtual currency earned in-game or purchased through microtransactions.

While NBA 2K15 is almost upon us, there are still some very interesting mods which should the 2K14 on your radar, or at least the PC version.

NBA 2K15 will take to the courts of PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One on October 7th in North America and October 10th in Europe. You can watch the new trailer below.
