Speaking to Kotaku, PlayStation North America's marketing vice president John Koller indicated that there will be perks for players who play Grand Theft Auto V on the PlayStation 4 system.
When Totillo asked whether or not there will be a deal or offering that will make the game better suited to play on PlayStation 4 as opposed to other platforms, Koller responded with: "I don't think we announced anything publicly on that, but there will be… GTA V is going to be, I think, a title we'll talk about more in the weeks and months to come, but GTA V and the GTA franchise is something that will be something very special on PlayStation."
The specifics might not have been mentioned, but knowing that there will be some sort of perk is enough for most fans.
GTA V's availability on a next-gen console and other platforms was announced during Sony's E3 press conference. In addition, it was also revealed that players could move their saves and profiles in GTA Online to the PlayStation 4.
Grand Theft Auto V was initially released on September 17th, 2013 on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. No word on the release date for the other platforms yet.
