Ubisoft has confirmed four player co-op will be a feature of Assassin's Creed Unity, which they said will be their "biggest playground yet."
The news came from the Xbox E3 media briefing. You can check out the new gameplay trailer below. In the footage, we see the game's hero team up with three other Assassins and we're shown large crowds. You'll be able to switch between large open world environments and detailed interiors without loading times or any pause in gameplay.
Unity's trailer showed the four Assassins inflitrate a palace, possibly Versailles, to kill Marquis de Buillon who they push from balcony. While the aristocrat survives, he meets a grisly fate at the hands of an angry mob.
Assassin's Creed Unity is coming to PC, PS4, and Xbox One this November.
In other Unity related news today, the Complete Edition of the game was also unveiled. You can see a picture of its contents below. It includes a music box, an art book, a 16" figurine, the official soundtrack, and a collector's box.
