Diablo 3 is celebrating its 2 year anniversary on May 15, and with that, Blizzard has announced that all players within the game will receive double the chance to get legendaries and double the amount of Rift Fragments.
Since the game’s release two years ago, millions of heroes have been created, billions of hours have been spent in games, and trillions (that’s Blizzard’s estimate, not ours) of demons have been slain for the glory of phat loot.
As you may know, Rift Fragments are collected from bounties and allow you to participate in Nephalem Rift dungeons. They can be pretty arduous to collect, so the buff should come in handy for players who just want to enjoy Rifts.
This bonus buff will take effect on Thursday, May 15 at 12:00 a.m. PDT and ends on Thursday, May 22, at 5:00a.m. PDT.
