Alongside the showcase of the Xbox Series X’s loading times, Microsoft has released yet another tech demo revealing the crafty “Quick Resume Feature”.

Microsoft’s tech demo makes it explicitly obvious how easy and seamless the quick resume feature will work on the Xbox Series X. As previewed in the demo, the quick resume feature will act as a way to seamlessly switch to another game. The demo displays this idea pretty clearly as the demonstrater instantly switches from Forza Horizon to Ori and the Will of the Wisps in a matter of seconds. It’s pretty crafty and will prove to play significance in the player’s perspective.
