Hoping for big RPG news at the upcoming Spike VGX? Rumors of a new game announcement from Bethesda have been raging for weeks, but according to Bethesda executive Pete Hines, the company will not be showing any new projects at the show.
That doesn’t mean that Fallout 4 isn’t in development. We’ve seen enough hints to assume that this is, in fact, the next game being worked on by Bethesda. However, whatever work the team has done just isn’t ready for the public.
“No, folks. I am not going to VGX,” Hines Tweeted. “Bethesda is not showing/talking about anything at VGX. Just some PR meetings in LA. Take deep breaths.”
We can all take a deep breath, but they’ll likely be accompanied with a few tears. Look to hear more on the next big thing from this massive developer in the coming months.
