The company is planning to set its keynote address at 17:30 on Monday, June 6. The event will be livestreamed through the web.
Microsoft also plans to host a Q&A with Cliff "CliffyB" Bleszinsky of Epic Games, and Kinect creative director Kudo Tsunoda. The event will also contain a showcase of this year's games.
On June 7, game developer Peter Molyneux will be at the Xbox E3 booth, and Microsoft will host a Gears of War 3 event for visitors.
On the final day, Microsoft plans to host a Forza 4 event that promises "plenty of reveals" for fans of the series and members of the media.
The company says it plans to reveal many new titles for the Kinect, which has been largely underutilized since its release last year.
