Website thesurvivor2299.com has been updated with a six day countdown. If the site is legitimate – it could be a timer for the reveal of Fallout 4.
The website is listed as registered to Bethesda although that doesn't necessarily guarantee that that is the case. Visitors can hear a series of beats which are believed to be Morse Code for 11.12.13 which would be 16 days from now – it's noticable that the countdown has "6days" but then says 16 as well.
The Survivor seems like a viable name for Fallout 4's protagonist; being in the same vein as The Courier and The Lone Wanderer while 2299 is a credible year for the game's setting.
It's speculated that the game will be set in the Commonwealth area surrounding Boston.
You can decide for yourself what to make of it though there's a strong chance the site is a hoax.
Bethesda has recently been found to file a trademark in Europe for Fallout 4 however.
