Bayonetta & Vanquish Remaster 10th Anniversary Bundle Launch Edition Revealed

December 9, 2019 by Jordan Biazzo

Will you be double dipping?

SEGA has announced today the 10th Anniversary Bundle Launch Edition for Bayonetta and Vanquish.

Leaked last week on the Microsoft store, the remastered titles will come to the current generation consoles — PS4 and Xbox One, with new and improved graphics, frame rate, and more. The bundle is now available to pre-order and it will release on February 18th for the retail price of $39.99. In addition to receiving both games in remaster form, the bundle will also come with a nice sleek steelbook case showcasing both epic titles — Bayonetta and Vanquish.

Jonathon Stebel Communications Manager at Sega of America had this to say about the announcement:

We know how special Bayonetta and Vanquish are to fans, and they’re an important part of SEGA’s history as well, so we wanted to go big for their 10th anniversary. That’s why we’re happy to announce that the physical release of the Bayonetta & Vanquish 10th Anniversary Bundle will come in an embossed SteelBook with brand-new cover art for both games produced by Weapons Van, supervised by Bayonetta director Hideki Kamiya and Sega.

Both titles are pretty amazing, but personally I am a big fan of Bayonetta. If you have yet to play Bayonetta the remastered port for the Switch, then I’d advise you to do so as it is absolutely phenomenal. It is really hard to find many complaints about the game, you just need to like action-packed hack and slash gameplay and you’ll be set.

Plus this is the perfect time to retouch Bayonetta because Nintendo did announce last year that they are making Bayonetta 3 an exclusive title for Switch. However, if you don’t own a Switch, then make sure to relive the epic story on the PS4 and Xbox One in 2020. Check out our full review for Bayonetta remastered for the Nintendo Switch right here!

The Bayonetta & Vanquish 10th Anniversary Bundle comes to PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on February 18, 2020 for $39.99. Are you excited for the upcoming bundled title? LEt us know in the comments below!
