Call of Duty: Ghosts' opening scene seems to be directly copy pasted from Modern Warfare 2's ending a new comparison video shows.
While there appears to have been some cuts made it looks like Infinity Ward really didn't go that far for inspiration on how to start the latest entry in the series.
This seems especially lazy given that Ghosts must have had a formidable budget yet it looks like the developers opted to lift pretty much the entire scene rather than try to create something new or at least different. Of course, asset sharing in games is to be expected but this is something a touch beyond that.
