Sega Reveals More Games For Upcoming Genesis Mini

More games revealed for the upcoming Sega Genesis Mini.

There has been a big movement lately to bring out miniature retro video game consoles. If you don’t own the real hardware or software and want to enjoy some of these games, they can become the perfect alternative. One thing is for sure, these miniature consoles have done pretty well for Nintendo as they have released both the Nintendo Entertainment System Classic along with the Super Nintendo Entertainment System with a positive response. Regardless, that same statement can’t be made for Sony as the released their PlayStation Classic with few notable video game titles, the original standard controller and a steep price point.

While Sony and retailers had to cut prices in order to move units, there is a newcomer hoping to capture the same thrills and enjoyment that Nintendo had originally. Sega is coming out with their Sega Genesis Mini. There will be forty video game titles attached to the system and so far we only know a small selection of them. However, today we know of ten more video game titles that have been added into the collection.

  • Shinobi III: Return of the Ninja Master
  • Streets of Rage 2
  • Landstalker

Currently, the Sega Genesis Mini is slated to launch on September 19, 2019 and will set gamers back $79.99. Furthermore, it will include not only a replica model of the first model Sega Genesis but two 3-button controllers.
