If you're a fan of Metal Gear, the next game in the series, Metal Gear Solid 5, can't come soon enough. Hideo Kojima has been providing a drip-feed of information about the game through interviews and through his Twitter account.
Today, Kojima announced (in a way) that more material of MGS 5 will be revealed soon. He wrote on Twitter that he was giving a gameplay presentation at the Kojima Productions LA Studio. Presumably, this is all new stuff.
In addition to that, Kojima also wrote that the theme of his next project (MGS 5, obviously) is "Revenge" and that despite it being all dark and gritty, the game will still include "stupid jokes" that the series is known for. So fans of the series shouldn't feel out of place with the game once it comes out.
Metal Gear Solid 5 is slated for a 2014 release on both current- and next-gen console platforms.
